No OpenAI key is connected, so coaching cannot run yet. Set OPENAI_API_KEY in the Secrets tab. Everything else in the app works without it.

This workspace is not password protected. Set APP_PASSWORD in the Secrets tab to lock it down. Until then anyone with the link can read your drafts.

Import previous coaching history

Plain text, Markdown, a JSON export or a copied conversation. Everything extracted comes with the excerpt it came from, and nothing is saved until you approve it.

  • Writing goals and the contexts you write in
  • Recurring mistakes and the correct patterns behind them
  • Phrases and vocabulary worth keeping
  • Lessons, style preferences and progress observations
  • Example drafts and their revisions

Personal details are never inferred. Anything the coach is unsure about goes into a separate list rather than into your memory.
